(This is Premium feature, you might need to purchase or subscribe to use it.)
First, you need to go to tab Publish > Public > Domain.
Step 1: Activate the Service.
Step 2: Fill your preferred domain / subdomain
This is your preferred domain to access your Virtual Tour, instead of the default Panoee URL (which starts with tour.panoee.com/[…]).
Basically there is 2 steps:
- Verify your Domain / Custom Domain
- Point your Domain / Custom Domain to Panoee platform
In this example below, I’m gonna configure the Subdomain vanmieu.starfruit.com.vn. The same workflow applies for Domain. So for the above Subdomain, we gonna have:
- The sub-part: vanmieu
- The original / root Domain: starfruit.com.vn
Step 3: (Click the button) to start verifying your Domain / Subdomain
This step to make sure you are the owner of the Domain / Subdomain.
Step 4: Collect the configuration information to verify your Domain / Subdomain
The actual configuration will be made in your Domain management Portal (or DNS Portal). There are thousands of providers in the world, but they operate (almost) in the same way. The below guidance is the standard and you can apply it to any Domain Provider.
Don’t forget to take note the information provided for following step – Just write it down first.
For example, in this sample:
- Type: CNAME (just remember the name)
- Name / Host: _b5ca1aa8b830434dc05418221eb97375.vanmieu.starfruit.com.vn.
- Point to / Value: _861321e238af3a15017b401942398931.fyysydvyhk.acm-validations.aws.
Now you can see in the Host field, we have:
- Sub-part: _b5ca1aa8b830434dc05418221eb97375.vanmieu (notice the add-on prefix)
- Original / root Domain: starfruit.com.vn
Step 5-1: Find way to configure the Domain / Subdomain
In your Domain management Portal, go to the section to configure your specific Domain. The interface below is from Matbao – a local Domain provider, and it will look different to others providers. You might need to read the documentation of your provider to find the way.
However, the general flow might be the same in all providers:
- Login to your account
- Find section to manages Domain (not Hosting or other things, but Domain)
- From list of your bought Domain, find the one you want to configure. (in this sample is starfruit.com.vn)
Step 5-2: Configure the DNS record with information provided in Step 4
In your Domain configuration section, you need to find the section to setup the RECORD / or DNS RECORD – remember this word.
You might see the listing of all the Record has been pre-configured before, now create a new one, and fill all information required:
- Select Type: (must be) CNAME
- Host – this is the trickiest part, you might need to try several times or learn in the documentation of Domain provider
- (most of the time) you will strip the original / root domain, just keep the sub-part. In this example it would be _b5ca1aa8b830434dc05418221eb97375.vanmieu
- But sometimes, you might try the full path “_b5ca1aa8b830434dc05418221eb97375.vanmieu.starfruit.com.vn” – this depends on your Providers
- Value (full-path): _861321e238af3a15017b401942398931.fyysydvyhk.acm-validations.aws
Step 6: Check if your verification is completed and do the last step
Panoee will regularly check the DNS to see if the configuration is successfully made.
You can test the configuration in this site https://dnschecker.org
Step 7: Like Step 4, collect the information to point your Domain / Subdomain to Panoee
Now it should be easier for you ????????????

For example, in this sample:
- Type: CNAME (just remember the name)
- Name / Host: vanmieu.starfruit.com.vn.
- Point to / Value: tour.panoee.com
Now you can see in the Host field, we have:
- Sub-part: vanmieu
- Original / root Domain: starfruit.com.vn
Step 8: Complete configuration to point Domain / Subdomain to Panoee
Same like step 5, you need to configure the DNS Record in Domain management portal.
You might see the listing of all the Record has been pre-configured before, now create a new one, and fill all information required:
- Select Type: (must be) CNAME
- Host – same like above, but a little bit tricky.
- If you configure the original Domain, (most of the time) you will fill: “@” in the box (for example if you want to configure custom domain is starfruit.com.vn instead of vanmieu.starfruit.com.vn)
- If you configure the Subdomain, (most of the time) you will strip the original / root domain, just keep the sub-part. In this example it would be vanmieu
- But sometimes, you might try the full path vanmieu.starfruit.com.vn” – this depends on your Providers
- Value (full-path): tour.panoee.com
Step 9: Wait & Test again.
Same like Step 6 – you can regular use website https://dnschecker.org to check if the configuration is successfully made.
After this step, you can access your Virtual Tour via your preferred Domain / Subdomain instead of Panoee subdomain (start with tour.panoee.com/[slug])
