These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Panoee platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Panoee, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.

Use of the Service
Panoee provides a platform that allows users to upload panoramic images, create virtual tours, manage projects, and share tours online.
By using the Service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt the Service, or access systems without authorization.
Panoee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
Panoee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for abusive or fraudulent activities.
User Content and Ownership
Users may upload panoramic images, media files, and related content in order to create virtual tours on the platform (“User Content”).
Ownership
You retain full ownership of any content you upload to Panoee.
Hosting and Processing
By uploading content to the platform, you authorize Panoee to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to operate the Service.
Public Tours
If you choose to publish a tour publicly, the tour may be accessible to anyone with access to the public link.
Panoee may display publicly shared tours within platform areas such as galleries or showcases in order to demonstrate the capabilities of the platform. When doing so, Panoee will credit the original author or account owner.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or publish using the Service.
You agree not to upload, publish, or distribute content that:
- violates any applicable law
- infringes copyrights or intellectual property rights
- contains illegal material
- contains harmful, abusive, or threatening content
- distributes malware, malicious code, or harmful software
Panoee reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Public Content Disclaimer
Panoee is a hosting platform and does not control or review all user-generated content.
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or publish. Panoee does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for user-generated content made available through the Service.
Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service may require payment or a subscription.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Panoee does not store payment card information on its own systems.
Refund Policy
Users may request a refund within seven (7) days of a payment if they are not satisfied with the Service. Refund requests must be submitted by contacting the Panoee support team.
Account Suspension and Termination
Panoee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- violate these Terms
- engage in abusive or harmful activity
- upload prohibited content
- attempt to compromise the security or stability of the Service
Users may also delete their account at any time. Deleting an account will remove associated content from the platform.
Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
Panoee does not guarantee uninterrupted service, continuous availability, or error-free operation of the platform. Maintenance, technical issues, or infrastructure failures may occasionally affect service availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panoee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service.
In all cases, Panoee’s total liability related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
The Panoee platform, including its software, design, branding, and technology, is owned by Panoee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without permission.
Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics services, and support tools.
Panoee is not responsible for the policies or practices of these third-party services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to the Terms
Panoee may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
